Coming together to think outside the box: This is the dialog format in the Creavis Lounge for partners, creative lateral thinkers, and innovation enthusiasts. The goal of the lounge is to promote collaboration and the exchange of ideas within the company and also with customers, trade associations, and universities, and by doing so, broaden the company’s perspective.
This year, Creavis welcomes Andre Schäfer, director and producer of numerous prizewinning documentary films. On the occasion of his new film “You`ll never walk alone” (in cinemas nationwide from May 18), he will speak about the importance of creativity in the apparently dry genre of documentary films. In the subsequent discussion with Mr. Schäfer, Prof. Stefan Buchholz, head of Creavis, and Markus Langer, head of brand communication at Evonik, the link to creativity in research and development will be explored.
In Mr. Schäfer’s film, the actor Joachim Król follows in the footsteps of the worldwide hit familiar to us all, one version being the football anthem and the other one from the famous musical. The song is based on a little known cultural story from the 20th century. As the main sponsor of Borussia Dortmund and partner of the Jewish Museums in Berlin and Frankfurt, Evonik supported the production of the film.
