Jan has been with Evonik for 25 years in various roles. He joined Creavis 15 years ago and has since been a major contributor to the discovery and development of innovative ideas in the field of biotechnology. In his role as Head of the New Growth Area Farm to Fork, Jan is responsible for business development and implementation of topics along the agricultural value chain. The focus is on developing solutions to sustainably feed an ever-growing global population in times of climate change.

Katharina is an engineer for biotechnology by training and Project Manager in the Growth Area Farm to Fork for agricultural applications at Creavis. With over 15 years of experience in microbiology and fermentation, she has led her team to develop a solution for the stabilization of Gram-negative bacteria in liquid formulations, contributing to a more sustainable agriculture. In addition to her professional achievements, Katharina also runs an agricultural business including livestock farming together with her husband.

Stefan started his career 10 years ago at Creavis as a Head of a laboratory in synthetic biology. As a project manager, Stefan has now been working for more than three years on the development of innovations in the field of sustainable agriculture. His focus is on improving the efficacy of biological agents on the one hand and on developing system solutions in the field of microbial biostimulants on the other.
